On Saturday, March 8, Marta Goyena Morata participated in the Doctoral Consortium, where she presented her research titled "Innovative XR Approaches for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy." Marta's research explores how Extended Reality (XR) can be leveraged to develop new strategies for cognitive and behavioral therapy. Her work focuses on improving the patient experience through immersive environments, optimizing interaction, and enhancing the personalization of psychological therapies. Her contribution highlights the potential of XR technologies in advancing mental health treatments.

Also on Saturday, March 8, Matteo Dal Magro presented his research at the Workshop on Gaze and Eye Movement in Interaction in XR (GEMINI). His presentation, titled "Calibration Challenges and Data Quality in Eye Tracking for Inclusive XR Therapies," tackled the challenges of eye-tracking calibration in XR environments. Matteo's research aims to enhance data quality and improve inclusivity in XR therapies, ensuring these technologies can be accessible and effective for a diverse range of users. His insights contribute to making eye-tracking systems more reliable and applicable to real-world therapeutic settings.
